 CANCELLATION POLICY   Registrants who do not cancel according to the following guidelines will forfeit all fees. You must write, email or fax your cancellation request. There is a cancellation fee of $100 for registrants for cancellations received on or before August 22, 2010 . All cancellations received after August 22, 2010  will be assessed a fifty (50%) cancellation penalty. There are no refunds for cancellations after September 15, 2010 . “No shows” are not eligible for refunds. Registration refunds will be processed within 60 days following the meeting. The registration fee covers attendance to the scientific meeting, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks and exhibits.
